TDR Foundation has been supporting SVURG Digital System Solutions P Ltd, a start up dedicated to develop innovative technologies. Our currently supported projects include, developments in wind energy , new modulation process and CNC machines.

Our team of experts have been providing guidance and financial support for development of this innovative technique going beyond the conventional. We have successfully developed a lab model with capacity to solve problem of spectrum in this interconnected world.

We also support CNC project provide by providing internship to bright mechanical engineers for CAD/CAM based manufacturing and product development using modern tools.

About 4 Axis CNC

Eco-Cut dual drive CNC machines are optimised for stand alone working not needing any computer and its associated needs. Stand-alone controller based design provide very high accuracy for die making at fraction of cost. This 3 axis machine can smoothly prepare “Moulds & Dies” with superb accuracy of less than 10 Micron.

Our Eco-Cut series introduces a new concept of LF-VMC (Large Format VMC) with Proprietary DUAL DRIVE mechanism achieving had to achieve single digit Micron level accuracy with large bed area format. The accuracy of end product is assured to be in the range of 4-7 microns and is not effected by the large working area of the bed.

Eco-Cut series achieves exceptional low operating costs & can work efficiently needing less than 5 KW power. This reduction of power consumption could pay for the machine in less than 2 Years. Operation is very simple and needs file in G-code format using a pen drive.

It can handle all kind of die steels using appropriate end mill cutters. This machine has been designed with specific target of achieving highest accuracy with lowest cost. We have achieved both these targets by compromising at rapid movement.
