When we look it in global scientific perspective Innovation is some thing which nobody has done, in the past. Every person has capabilities to innovate depending on environment each individual is confronted with. Other important fact about innovation is resolve of doing some thing more than what is known, needing extra effort and deep thinking.

Founders of TDR Foundation felt the need to create facilities, where support can be provided to innovators in terms of, environment, facilities, guidance, funding and other critical resources not available at individual level, without any pre conditions.

We strive to create and echo system where individual inventor remains the main force behind the project and feels confident about the outcome. We support and promote patenting in innovators personal name.

Our Foundations

Our target is to support technological innovations, providing support platform to bringing them to public domain. Pooling resources & creating environment for promoting collaborations at different levels. We believe that each individual can contribute to society in one way or another and he/she only needs to be assured and motivated to achieve targets.

Both these technologies have crossed the stage of validation and are ready for universal adoption.

Mrs. Aggarwal, is The founder settler and president of TDR foundation. With her post graduate qualification with  expertise in management, her vision for  futuristic developments, provides direction for the organisation. Her  Financial acumen  and entrepreneurial capabilities have been the force behind creation and success of COMCON Group of Companies and TDR Foundation, an NGO. In addition to professional capabilities her knowledge on national and international Patents have helped in securing many patents including SVURG/Z-Mod and GURV technology. She has been the prime force behind success of  TDR Foundation, in developing the patented technologies for the betterment of the mankind.

Sh. Rakesh Aggarwal. Former ISRO Scientist & Founder Member of TDR Foundation

Mr. Aggarwal, a design expert, an entrepreneur & industrialist with SAC/ISRO background, founded COMCON Group of Companies and the TDR Foundation, an NGO. In addition to design, supply and commissioning of world’s largest digital radio project for All India Radio (DRM), he holds several national and international Patents including SVURG/Z-Mod. He has authorized the TDR Foundation to use the patented technology for design of a new digital Radio standard for universal adoption.

Sh. O.K. Sharma, Addl. Director General (Engineering Retd.) Prashar Bharti

Chairman Technology Group

Sh. O.K. Sharma, Ex. Addl. Director General (Engineering), Prasar Bharati is an IBES officer of 1984 batch. He had done his graduation in Engineering in Electronics & Communication from University of Roorkee (NOW IIT Roorkee). His working experience of 37 years includes various training courses & workshop cum seminars in India and abroad in technology and management. He has contributed to BES as ex-President, Association of AIR & Doordarshan Engineer Association (ADEA), Sr. Vice President of Prasar Bharati Cricket Club and held charge of various social organisations and various committees constituted by Prasar Bharati.

Sh. Vinod Mago, Former E in C EMPC-IGNOU

Mr. Mago, a BBC trained expert in media and multimedia and founder member of IGNOU’s Electronic Media Production Centre (EMPC), has been part of phenomenal growth of IGNOU. He played a leading role in the establishment of studios and educational audio/ video production facilities sponsored by JICA leading to establishing Gyan Darshan and Gyan Vani, India’s first educational TV and radio channels for the world’s largest University.

Sh. Satyapal, Former Director Engineering Doordarshan.

Project director

Shri Satyapal is a former director engineering Doordarshan. He was involved in maintaining the Doordarshan Network in North Zone. His expertise in design and maintaining the VHF and UHF TV transmitters, Analogue and digital Earth stations, Digital TV studios and OB networks. He  has contributed immensely to train the engineering personnel’s in the entire network through staff training institute and arranging the workshops in the field. His vast experience for repairing the DVB T2 transmitters in India and abroad is world recognised. He has contribution in D to M experiments has been exceptional. He has been awarded 6 times best technical papers awards. At present he is ‘actively sought after’ for maintaining and guiding the broadcasters, in public as well as private networks in India and abroad.

At present his involvement in Design, Development and validation  of Invented new technologies of TDR Foundation. His expertise in mathematical modelling and analytical ability is par excellence.

Sh. Nilesh Kumar Gope, Project Executive of TDR Foundation

Senior Executive

Mr. Nilesh Kr. Gope is a skilled website developer and a Diploma holder in Computer Applications, serving as a key member of the TDR Foundation. He is responsible for managing communications and overseeing general administration within the organization.

With a strong understanding of organizational systems and operational requirements, Mr. Gope plays a vital role in promoting the Foundation’s initiatives both at the local and global levels. He is known for his effective coordination and communication with ministries, corporate organizations, and stakeholders, contributing significantly to the advancement of projects across various sectors.
